With a total of 14 official member companies, the SiLA consortium started its activities with the first core team and board meeting on Jan 13th 2009. The first technical, marketing and management work groups have been initiated and are starting their work now.

SiLA will be presented in a poster session at the ALA American Lab Automation Conference in Palm Springs on Jan 27.  Further events are planned short term and will be published soon.

Additional members will join SiLA during the first quarter of this year, therefore SiLA remains open for new membership registrations for now. Interested companies are invited to leave a reply on the Members page.
